[00:04:07] I called him Thor and he gave me a kind of side eye And I was like, oh it's Thor He also directed Percy Jackson C of Monster He did and Hotel for Dogs Hotel for Dogs That's one of Ben's favorite movies He made me cry Yeah

[00:04:19] Because they really opened that hotel I think he's a very good director Because like my little sister Romley who I invoke a lot He's also worked on a lot of the DC shows He is now for the last couple of years He's in the DC CW universe

[00:04:31] All of the DC shows Arrow Flash, Supergirl Legends Yeah, I think he's a lovely guy And his movies I took Romley to see them When they came out because she was like in the Red A-Tree She was into the Diary

[00:04:42] And I remember always being like this guy's a fucking Like I was like this one was well directed And I look at the end credits and I'd see that name Thor, Fruden, Thor Mispronouncing it in both directions

[00:04:52] But when I met him I was like hey I'm a big fan of your work And he was like come on Like he thought I was just saying that Like everyone says that And I was like no I've seen all your movies

[00:04:59] Because I have a younger sister and he went oh god And I was like no they're good And he was like are you And he was like are you I think he's a lovely guy and a really good director Anyway that's episode 7

[00:19:47] But they need to focus on burrowing into the characters Agreed Yeah Gardens of the Galaxy 2 When you rewatch one You're like oh right The reason this is impressive is It has so much to do And does it pretty breezily Like it has to introduce Space The concept of

[00:20:02] The universe All these people in it Ten characters The Kree, the Nova Corps Like all these fucking warring factions All that shit And do it while also being like Hey 70's music And like we're a fun movie And a lot of plot A lot of plot Second movie

[00:20:20] Nice space friends part two They do the Empire Strikes Back thing They split the team in half And one half the team is pretty stationary For most of the movie Like one half the movie is only having dialogue scenes Until the last maybe 25 minutes
